The problem

  • Building a digital presence

Long standing client 3M sought our help to promote their range of vehicle wrapping products. There were valid concerns about how they would best engage their customers in an already saturated market. These concerns were compounded by their desire to provide value for their distributors, and the need for better search engine visibility to increase site traffic.

What we did

  • Interactive colour selector

Users buy with their eyes; we designed a car colour selector to interact and engage users. Customers are able to visualise their vehicle in a range of colours and textures to find the perfect look to suit their personalities.

  • Postcode search

Site visits mean nothing if they don’t convert. We helped 3M to connect with their customers through an intuitive postcode search, which allows users to find their nearest 3M approved vehicle wrapper. The success is self-evident; distributors continue to generate new leads daily.

A positive outcome

  • Explosive growth

Since developing this site for 3M, the demand for their vehicle wrapping films has exploded, resulting in a rate of requests for the product that no one could predict. We are thrilled that our inclusion of geo-location searches and interactive colour selectors has contributed to this success.

  • SEO wrapped up

We take great pride in our achievements when it comes to SEO. As a result of top draw content and an even slicker build, Wrap Your Curves ranks No.1 in Google for even the most competitive keywords. A simple search for ‘car wraps’ or ’truck graphics’ for example, shows 3M top of the pile.
