How will I be updated on how my project is progressing?

Prior to your project going live, its agreed tasks will be broken down into sprints (iterations). This signifies the period in which we’ll build and implement a series of tasks (i.e. a milestone).

During the course of this work, we provide project reports which update the client as to what has occurred, the next steps we’ll be carrying out as an agency and any tasks we require you (the client) to conduct. We’ll also highlight where we are in relation to the schedule, and what’s required to progress to the next stages.

Accompanying these actions, we’ll also provide project sign off’s forms whenever an approval on any work conducted, such as wireframes, designs etc.

Performance
What results can you promise?

If we owned the formula, recipe or mix of ingredients that could guarantee digital marketing success; we’d be selling it like hot cakes to the highest bidder.

However, both fortunately and unfortunately we are playing in a much bigger set of playgrounds, in which Google rules the roost. We’ve made attempts to our friends in the Silicon Valley to unleash its secret algorithm to us alone, but as you’ve guessed ‘without success’.

Nonetheless, the positives we can provide you with are that when it comes to the likes of SEO and PPC, we have a series of tried and tested methods that produce results.

Our track record across a number of fields, has helped business and individuals:

  • boost their search ranking results through greater brand awareness
  • create more user friendly websites which has brought them more customers
  • extend their hours of operation and bypass certain competitors in being able to sell products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

You’re success is our success, so we’ll discover those quick-wins, place further focus on that which requires more effort and push for those results that leaves us both smiling.

Think about how you’re making your prospects aware of solution, what will make them consider using you and what invokes their eventual decision to buy.

For boosting awareness the likes of articles, infographics, blogs, widgets and videos are fantastic. Having an arsenal of case eBooks, case studies and eGuides do great for opening up a readers consideration. In tandem with these, having powerful email content will support the decision making process.

Not a new concept, the overriding purpose of content marketing within the digital space is to generate more traffic, obtain more social shares and increase your number of links (whether on-site or off-site).

Explain, what is PPC?

This abbreviation stands for pay-per-click. It’s an element of internet marketing in which advertisers (companies) pay each time their ad is clicked.

At its core, the PPC model is a way of purchasing site visits as opposed to winning them organically without paying.

One of PPC’s most utilised strategies is search engine advertising. It allows advertisers to bid for the position of their ads in a search engines dedicated area for sponsored links. This means that when the keyword you’ve placed a bid on is searched, your ad may show up at the top of Google.

When applying PPC in any form, remember each click results in you paying the search engine provider a fee. When done right, the fee is near enough laughable when a paid visit results in great profits. Just think, if you paid £10.00 for a sale worth £1,200.00, what do you have to complain about. Where companies suffer is when the number of clicks taken to convert a single sale cost more than the product being sold (i.e. it took 20 paid clicks worth £2.50 per click to earn a £20.00 sale). Never pay for adverts which don’t call visitors to purchase your product or service.

Although PPC typically refers to Google AdWords, it doesn’t stop there. It also equates to Facebook, Bing, Yahoo and even Instagram advertising, alongside other types of paid online advertising.

What are wireframes?

Wireframes are a perfect opportunity to explore the visual layout for your future web pages. It is different from a template or design. The wireframe’s focus is to help translate your user’s journey into sensible layouts and feature sets.

For example, you have a user who is interested in getting in touch with your company. Would it be best to place a contact option in your menu, a CTA/button on the page, or both?

Using wireframes alongside our stylescape process (or your existing brand guidelines) will help to produce template designs which can then be coded so that users can interact with your web pages.
